Aufbrüche. Abbrüche. Umbrüche.

The exhibition shows figurative art of various genres by East Berlin artists before and after the changes brought about by the fall of the Berlin Wall. It includes works from the Kunstsammlung der Berliner Volksbank, which was created in the 1980s, and loans from the Stiftung Stadtmuseum Berlin. The exhibition project is accompanied by a catalogue and film interviews.
